Police said they observed a vehicle double-parked  — and saw an individual with prior firearms charges in the driver’s seat.

According to police, they observed marijuana, a scale, a glass jar, and plastic baggies in clear view.

Police said they also saw a black satchel on the seat.

Upon investigation, police determined the weapon to be a .22 containing two live rounds.

Police also noted that the hammer of the firearm was cocked back in the ready position, at the time of the seizure.

Police also seized the marijuana in the vehicle.

The suspect, Fabio Martinez, age 29, was placed into custody.
