BB Gun Shooting Spree Terrorizes City - Victims Shot in West End, Outside Mall, and on College Hill
Victims were shot on the West End, outside Providence Place Mall, and on College Hill.
According to victims and witnesses, a “dark, older model Toyota sedan” with Massachusetts plates was involved in the shootings.

About Incidents
Shortly before 7 PM on Saturday, police responded to the 1100 block on Westminster Street in the city's West End for a report of a woman being shot.
The victim -- who said she was hit with a projectile from a BB gun that had been fired from a passing vehicle -- was treated and released at the scene.
Then, at 7:45 PM, police responded to Providence Place Mall, where two male victims said they had been outside of the Cheesecake Factory when a dark sedan pulled up and shot dozens of pellets toward them.
According to the victims, they were shot in the stomach, chest, and arm areas but they did not sustain any significant injuries.
At 3 AM Sunday morning, police were called to Angell Street at the bottom of College Hill, where a RISD student said he had been shot — with a pellet gun — by someone driving a dark sedan.
The victim said he had been sitting in front of his dorm when the vehicle approached him and fired several pellet shots, two of which hit him.
The victim told police he was uninjured.
