BREAKING: Acting ProCAP Director Fires COO

The decision was made this morning, according to ProCAP spokesman Bill Fischer.
“Mr. Shea believes that to turn ProCAP around, a new management team needs to be brought on,” Fischer said. “On Monday, he will begin to assess the entire organization including personnel.”

On Wednesday, ProCAP’s board of directors voted unanimously to suspend Executive Director Frank Coribishley without pay after the state threatened to pull funding for the organization if changes weren’t made.
