BREAKING: Man Suspected to be Brown Mass Shooter Is Dead

The man who shot and killed two Brown University students and injured nine others has been found dead in a storage facility in Salem, New Hampshire.

According to multiple law enforcement sources, a vehicle used by the man was found at the facility.

 

His death was a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He has been identified as Claudio Neves Valente, age 48. He was once a Brown student, a Portuguese national, and has ties to Miami, Florida.

 

Providence Police detectives Darryl Pfeiffer and Bobby Papa are on location at the Salem facility.
