Central Falls man sentenced to 16 years at ACI on Sexual Assault & Child Molestation Charges
A Central Falls man has been sentenced to 16 years at the ACI on sexual assault and child molestation charges, announced Attorney General Peter Neronha on Tuesday.

Victor Rodriguez, 36, pleaded nolo contendere on August 29, in Providence County Superior Court to two criminal counts of committing multiple acts of sexual violence involving two juvenile victims.

Rodriguez was ordered to undergo sex offender counseling and register as a sex offender.

Additionally, the court imposed no-contact orders between Rodriguez and his victims.

The Case

According to the Attorney General, had the case went to trial, the State was prepared to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that on various dates between September 21, 2016, and September 21, 2017, Rodriguez forcibly engaged in sexual acts with two juvenile females who were known to Rodriguez.
