One of the most bitter legal battles is now playing out in Rhode Island and Florida courts.

 

The litigation pits two groups of family members of the late Malcolm “Kim” Chace against one another, in a battle over tens of millions of dollars.

Chace's family had direct involvement with the establishment of the famed investment fund Berkshire Hathaway.

 

Now, there are legal questions about the changes to Chace’s will in the final days of his life.

 

One side of the family says the changes to the will took place while Chace was “completely incapacitated."
