EG Education/Dyslexia Activist Jody Stone Challenges State To Focus On Sub Par Literacy

Jody Stone, East Greenwich Education Activist, joined The Coalition Talk Radio Friday evening.  Ms. Stone discussed the challenges, state response, and potential solutions for Rhode Island's ongoing issues with Literacy, and specifically Dyslexia. In this clip, Ms. Stone focuses on Rhode Island's absurdly low literacy rate, and the effect of Dyslexia in contributing to the "Pipeline To Prison" in low-income areas, where appropriate resources are not dedicated to this ongoing crisis.
