ISIS Claims Responsibility for Explosions That Killed 34 People in Brussels

Brussels is on lockdown Tuesday morning after 34 are reported dead and over 170 are injured from explosions on the Brussels airport and metro.  ISIS is claiming responsibility for the attacks, according to reports.

President Obama addressed the attacks from Cuba.
