Providence has early problems.

GoLocal has learned that two polling locations have reported early problems. At Oxford Place in the 10th Ward of Providence is missing voting machines. Voters have been turned away. Also, in the 10th Ward at the Sanchez Complex on Thurbers Avenue, no warden has arrived, thus voting is suspended until corrected by voting officials.
