Today I was on the RIPTA bus 72 around 2:40pm and there was a accident on the route and a few minutes go by and the drivers trying to figure out what to do and some passengers started getting aggravated and stating they have to get there kids and go to work after that happened one passenger said a truck just went around you and went through why cant you so I said come on can you just go the bus driver now gets on the phone with his supervisor and said he wants this fat white kid off the bus I then turn to him and said what's your shirt number he covered it up with his jacket and then I pulled my camera out and start recording hi. He the assaulted me 3x and I have it on video.

After the incident there were charges filed against the bus driver by myself and the charges were simple assault (which could be changed to a felony assault because I am disabled) and destruction of property.
