Police later learned the lot is also shared with a private residence next door.
The woman told police she was sitting in her car with her three-year-old child, when a man exited the private residence, pointed a rifle at her, and said she was not allowed to park there.
The woman said the male then went back inside; she went inside the insurance company and called the police.
Officers said they then approached the adjoining residence and a male subject fitting the description — later identified as Sornxay Phasouvor — answered the door.
He was detained and officers conducted a sweep and said that inside another adult male was located and detained.
Officers located an Airsoft Rifle capable of firing .45 caliber metal slugs.
The victim positively identified Phasouvor as the subject who pointed the weapon; he was transported to Central Station and the weapon was seized.
