National Weather Service Issues Winter Storm Watch Starting Thursday, 4-8 Inches of Snow Possible

The National Weather Service has issued a Winter Storm Watch for most of southern New England, forecasting four to eight inches of snow accumulation possible on Thursday.

The watch goes into effect Thursday morning through Friday evening.
