The Rhode Island Department of Health announced 13 new COVID-19 associated deaths in the past day in Rhode Island for a total of 279 fatalities. 

On Friday, RIDOH announced 341 additional positive cases for 8,962 in total.

There are currently 352 hospitalizations, with 76 in the ICU and 51 on ventilators. 

Rhode Island Governor Gina Raimondo and officials will be at the State House at 1 for their daily briefing.
