NEW: City Employee Charged With Selling Traffic Signs

The brother of the city’s acting director of public property has been charged with selling more than a dozen traffic signs as scrap metal.

Gary Sepe, 45, turned himself into police on Friday and was released on $1,000 bail.

Sepe, a city employee, is the brother of Alan Sepe.
