NEW: Lincoln Police Officer Kicked Woman in Head, Video Shows
The suspended Lincoln police officer accused of assaulting a woman outside the Twin River Casino, waived his right to a trial Wednesday and will have his case decided by a judge.
Edward Krawetz was indicted in 2009 after he allegedly assaulted Massachusetts resident Donna Levesque. Images revealed Wednesday she the officer kicking a woman in the head while she is in handcuffs.
The alleged assault was caught on a surveillance video.
