NEW: Prosecutors To Seek Death Penalty For Accused Marathon Bomber

Attorney General Eric Holder made the announcement on the decision Thursday.
Tsarnaev has pleaded not guilty to the 30 charges levied against him, seventeen of which, including using a weapon of mass destruction to kill, carry the possibility of the death penalty. No trial date has been set.
