NEW: Prov Animal Control Helps Rescue Kitten From Cinder Block Wall
The kitten is now in foster care at the Warren Animal Hospital.

"This little dude somehow fell inside of a cinder block wall when he was being moved by his momma.
Once momma cat dropped him, she left him, there was nothing she could do.
A nice young man heard the kittens cries and called us for help.
Upon arrival, it was clear that ACO 5 needed more hands and equipment. Armed with pictures and needed equipment including a ladder, mallet, mirror, another ACO, and a Laborer, the trio headed back out to save the kitten.
After making a hole in the wall, the kitten was pulled to safety and is now in foster care with a fabulous experienced foster from Warren Animal Hospital! AND, the hole in the wall has been repaired!"

I am Roux! I am a 6-year-old small Min-Pin mix. I came to PARL after being found as a stray so staff do not know about my medical or behavioral history. I am a sweet social guy. I sometimes bark when I first see someone new, but then I warm up quickly. I could potentially live with a calm dog and maybe even a cat with a slow introduction. Older kids would be okay with me. My name is Grandma. I am a 7 year old short, squat Bulldog mix. I was found as a stray so staff have limited information about me. But I am sweet as pie and would be a great companion for a variety of families. I am definitely more of the chill on the couch dog than running marathons. Hi there, my name is Titan. I am a 10 year old American Staffordshire mix. I am a sweet, soft senior who is looking for a home to live his golden years out in. I would be best in a home with teens or adults only as I can be a little grabby about taking treats and toys. I would also be best as an only pet. When I came to PARL, I had several bumps and lumps. The vet on staff removed them and biopsied them. They were low grade Mast Cell Tumors. Adopters will need to keep an eye on my medical health to see if any further lumps grow and be proactive about getting them removed.

I am Moose! I am a 2 year old goofball. I was found as a stray in Providence so staff do not know a ton about my past. At PARL, I love to go for walks, play with toys, and sit like a handsome boy for yummy treats. I would do best in a home with older children (sometime I am a bit excitable in greeting people) and as the only pet. Come meet me today!

Hi, I am Mykonos. I am a 1 year old slender Staffordshire Terrier mix. I can be a little nervous and apprehensive of new situations and people. Once I am comfortable, I am a super sweet girl. I could live with older children but would be best in a home as the only pet. I do have some anxiety about being left alone.
