Firefighters Battle Three Separate House Fires in Providence in One Hour

Providence firefighters battled four separate house fires in the city on Tuesday.
Three of the fires were all within one hour of each other.

“Firefighters have now battled 4 separate house fires today,” they added.
The locations of the three evening fires were Ford Street, Hollis Street, and Hawkins Street; the house fire earlier in the day was on Springfield Street.
Chris Palmer was on the scene at Ford Street.
Providence Firefighters Chief Derek Silva did not respond to request for comment on the fires at time of publication.
