Winter Weather Advisory Issued for RI: 2 to 4 Inches of Snow in Forecast
It is in effect from 7 PM Wednesday through 1 PM Thursday.
"Snow expected. Total snow accumulations between 2 and 4 inches. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph," says NWS, noting the advisory is for "portions of northern Connecticut, central, eastern, southeastern, and western Massachusetts, and northern and southern Rhode Island."
