GoLocal photographer Richard McCaffrey was onsite minutes after an off-road motorbike hit a vehicle on Smith Street in Providence on Friday night.
According to Providence Police Captain Richard Fernandes, the Smith Street accident involving the illegal bike was just one of two incidents.

Providence Police received numerous complaints about a huge gang of bikes, estimated to be 100 to 150 riders — they raced by the incident on Smith Street while Providence police were investigating.
Providence Mayor Jorge Elorza has issued a “no chase” police for police which limits their ability to curtail the bike gang problems.
