Providence Parking Ban Extended to 6am Tuesday

A citywide parking ban in Providence will remain in effect until 6 am on Tuesday, February 10. Residents with overnight parking passes are advised that they cannot park on the street during the duration of the citywide parking ban. All vehicles parked on the street in violation of the citywide parking ban will be ticketed and towed to ensure that roadways can be plowed in the wake of the snow storm.

Providence Public Schools will be open Tuesday.

Trash collection will resume on Tuesday, on a holiday schedule, meaning that pick-up will be delayed by one day throughout the week.
