The National Weather Service is predicting one to three inches of snow on Thursday. 

According to NWS, rain is supposed to start early Thursday morning before it turns into snow.

Thursday: Snow, mainly before 2pm. Temperature falling to around 28 by 5pm. North wind 7 to 9 mph, with gusts as high as 23 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90%. New snow accumulation of 1 to 3 inches possible.

Thursday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 9. Wind chill values as low as -2. North wind around 9 mph.

Friday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 22. North wind 7 to 11 mph, with gusts as high as 21 mph.

Friday Night: Mostly cloudy, with a low around 11. North wind around 6 mph.
