RI Federal Court Judge Orders Trump Admin. to Comply With Earlier Ruling on Federal Spending

U.S. District Court Judge John McConnell found there’s evidence that some federal grants and loans are still not going out to the recipients and ordered that the monies be released.
McConnell, in his five-page order, instructs the Trump administration to immediately take action.

The directives in OMB M-25-11 are included in the TRO. The Defendants must resume the funding of institutes and other agencies of the Defendants (for example the National Institute for Health) that are included in the scope of the Court’s TRO.
