A shooting occurred outside the Garrahy Judicial Complex in Providence on Thursday morning - and four suspects are now in custody.

Providence Police Chief Hugh Clements spoke following the incident.

"Everyone's safe -- there clearly was an intended target," said Clements. "We believe we have the subject."

Clements noted that at the time of the interview, the firearm had not been seized.
