The Independent of the United Kingdom has released the following video that they secured.
"An armoured vehicle has been filmed crushing a civilian car in a northern district of Kyiv, as Russian troops continue their advance against the Ukrainian capital. In a video shared with and verified by The Independent, the vehicle can be seen cutting across the road before driving over the oncoming car," according to the Independent.
