WARNING LANGUAGE: Realtor Seyboth Captured on Audio Recording Berating Man

Kyle Seyboth, a Rhode Island realtor and subject of a GoLocal investigation regarding his threats to call immigration officials against a family he was in a dispute with, has been caught on tape berating a man in a dispute.

Seyboth heads the Seyboth Team and is affiliated with Century 21.

This audio tape is separate from the text messages.

The language in the audio is disturbing It can be heard above.

 

Seyboth Response

GoLocal played the audio for Seyboth and his attorney, Artin Coloian. After listening to the audio, they said they would call back in five minutes to provide a comment.

Coloian called back and said, “My client has no comment at this time."

Seyboth is separately facing a civil charge by the Rhode Island Attorney General’s office. READ HERE.

Seyboth Threatens to Call ICE on a Family 

The text messages provided to GoLocal show Seyboth writing to his own attorney, the family's attorney, and others about the dispute and unveil Seyboth's threats to call ICE. 

Reached after the publication of the article, the Communications Director for Attorney General Peter Neronha, Tim Rondeau, wrote in an email to GoLocal, “We are aware and will be reviewing the matter.”

 

Those Texts by Seyboth Said (WARNING - EXPLICIT CONTENT)

 

I am calling ice this morning myself

No problem-

I have his number and ice will be called by noon

Scott [attorney DeMello representing the family]- ball is on your court

Lawsuit and Ice

I love it. Keep fucking with me

 

 

In another text, Seyboth wrote:

Hope he likes fucking handcuffs

Cock sucker

 

He then texted the emoji of a lock.

Seyboth also texted the phone number of ICE in a further attempt to intimidate the family.

There were more threatening texts.

And, Tuesday night, Seyboth admits he did call ICE.
