We Mean Business Expo Brings Resources to RI Entrepreneurs

Tomorrow, the 4th Annual We Mean Business Expo comes to the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick, a free event for business owners featuring more than 85 local, state and federal agencies as well as non-profit resources. We Mean Business is a joint venture of Secretary of State A. Ralph Mollis' First Stop Business Information Center and Every Company Counts, an initiative of the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation. The collaboration presents a unique opportunity for entrepreneurs to discuss issues that impact their business and to get the information they will need to start, grow or improve their business experience in Rhode Island.

Secretary of State A. Ralph Mollis, and Michael Saul, Deputy Director of the Rhode Island Economic Development Corporation will kick off the event at 9:30am, and Jeffrey Fox, President and founder Fox & Company  ,   a marketing consulting firm based in Chester, Conn., will deliver the keynote address at 10am. Workshops throughout the day focus on sound retirement planning strategies, utilizing social media as powerful marketing tools and improving customer service skills. For a full agenda, click here.

Attendees are asked to bring a non perishable item to the Expo to donate to the Rhode Island Community Food Bank.
