Gina Raimondo presented her first budget address as Governor on Thursday night. GoLocalProv breaks down who stands to gain, and who stands to lose, based on what Raimondo prioritized in her budget.

The Governor also announced a new open government portal, which, among other things, gives citizens the ability to look at how the Governor's budget stands up to what the General Assembly eventually enacts.
