Air Force Veteran, Raymond M. Beagan Jr., of Riverside, Dies at 79

Beagan, Raymond M. Jr., 79, of “Harborview”, Pawtucket Avenue, Riverside, died peacefully at the Philip Hulitar Center on October 31, 2021 surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Providence, a son of the late Raymond M. and Patricia (Potter) Beagan, he lived in Riverside for the past 40 years.

Mr. Beagan was a machinist for the Leesona Corporation for 15 years.

Raymond was a member of the Bristol County Hot Rod Club. He enjoyed painting and hot rod cars.

Mr. Beagan was a United States Air Force Veteran.

He is survived by a brother, Gerald L. Beagan and his wife Laurie of Warwick and his sister, Sheila K. Russolino and her husband Joseph of Warwick; several nieces and nephews and his longtime companion Margaret Holt of Riverside.

His service will be private.

Burial with Military Honors will be held in the Rhode Island Veterans Memorial Cemetery, Exeter.
