Alexander S. Hopkins-Phelps, Passes at Age 5

Alexander S. Hopkins-Phelps, age 5, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, September 18, 2021.

Born in Warwick, He was the cherished son of Jennifer Hopkins and Patrick Phelps Jr.  

There was never a day where Alex wasn’t smiling. Never letting autism define him, he lived the purest life. Alex loved Mickey Mouse, but more so, he loved school. He loved learning and spending time with his many friends and teachers at the Trudeau Center in Warwick.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his sister Vanessa Hopkins. Alex was the beloved grandson of Lynne Hopkins and the late Patrick Phelps Sr. and Kenneth Gellerman. He also leaves behind his uncle Nickolas Hopkins. He was the great-grandson of Robert Stephen Hopkins and the late Jean Gellerman. 

 

Alexander’s funeral services are respectfully private.

Memorial donations can be made in Alex’s memory to benefit his sister Vanessa.
