Carol (Ricci) Caffrey of Narragansett and Formerly of North Providence Dies at 81

Carol (Ricci) Caffrey, 81, of Narragansett and formerly of North Providence, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022. She was the beloved wife of the late Francis G. Caffrey Jr. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late Frederick and Charlotte (Lorette) Ricci. Mrs. Caffrey was a Social Studies Teacher for the North Providence School Department for 17 years before retiring.

Carol is survived by her loving children, Keleigh Welch and her husband Patrick of Jamestown, Jeffrey F. Caffrey and his wife Anne of Warwick, Frederick G. Caffrey and his wife Elizabeth of Narragansett, Victoria Gallucci of Warwick and Matthew C. Caffrey and his wife Melissa of North Providence. She was the cherished grandmother of 13 and great-grandmother of 1. Carol was predeceased by her sister Marsha Provost, and leaves behind her brother-in-law Albert Provost of Saunderstown.

Her funeral will be held on Monday, July 18th, at 8:45 a.m. from the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston. Followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. in St. Gregory the Great Church, Warwick. Burial will take place in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Providence.
