Denise M. (Bouchard) Dupont of South Kingstown Dies at 73

Denise M. (Bouchard) Dupont, 73, of South Kingstown, died Friday, November 28th, at the Village at Waterman Lake. She was the wife of the late Brian A. Dupont.

Born in Providence, a daughter of the late Emilien Bouchard and Ruth Davis, Mrs. Dupont had been a Warwick resident for all her life before moving to South Kingstown seven years ago.  She devoted more than fifteen years to caring for others as a CNA, served as an interior designer for Sears, and ran her own commercial cleaning business—a venture that brought her joy and a sense of accomplishment.

She leaves two sons, Cory B. Dupont of Warwick and Brandon A. Dupont of South Kingstown. She was the grandmother of Olivia Dupont, Stryder Dupont, and Tristen Dupont. She loved her grandchildren so much and only wanted the best for them. She was the sister of Richard Gatto, Deborah Forcelli, the late Patricia Bouchard, Sylvia Baker, Robert Gatto and Jacqueline Mageria.

Denise’s spirit was full of personality—quick to crack a joke, quick to speak her mind, and always ready to offer her help to anyone who needed it. Her honesty was refreshing, her laughter contagious, and her love unmistakable. Those who knew her will remember her as someone who showed up, who cared deeply, and who made sure the people she loved knew they were loved. She will be greatly missed.

Calling Hours for Mrs. Dupont will be on Wednesday, December 3rd, from 5-7 PM in the Frank P. Trainor & Sons Funeral Home, 982 Warwick Avenue, Warwick. Her funeral and burial will be private. For condolences, please visit www.trainorfh.com
