Donald P. Allaire, of Hopkinton, Dies at 77

Donald P. Allaire, 77, of Hopkinton, died November 29, 2021 in UMass Medical Center, Worcester. He was the husband of Kathleen (Winston) Allaire, whom he married in November 2009, and the late Sandra (Blanchette) Allaire.

Donald was a heavy equipment operator for the MA Division of Parks and Recreation, retiring in 2006. He was a member of the Bristol Yacht Club, and Nipmuc Rod and Gun Club. Donny enjoyed hunting, fishing, and spending the summer at his home away from home on Hog Island.

Besides his wife, he leaves his son, Jason Allaire of Woonsocket; his daughter, Jocelyn Crisman of New Jersey; two stepdaughters, Jenine Burnett of York, ME, and Doreen Muzzi of Mississippi; six grandchildren, Katelyn and Craig Christiansen, Alec and Mackenzie Allaire, and Apryl and David Burnett. He was predeceased by his sister, Jocelyn Allaire.

His Visitation will be held Monday, December 6, 2021 beginning at 5 pm, followed by a service at 6:30 pm in the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main Street, Woonsocket.
