Florence Elizabeth Northup, Grandmother of 52, Dies at 64
Florence E. Northup, 64, passed away Wednesday, January 1, 2025, at RI Hospital. Born in Providence, she was a daughter of the late Ormond Northup and Mary E. Johnson; stepdaughter of Florence Straiton.

Florence was the beloved mother of Cindy, Benji, Mario, Jamal, Dennis, John, Shawn, Calvin, Isiah, Ashley, Kayla, and Kathrine Northup. She is also survived by 52 grandchildren, 60 great-grandchildren, many sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
Her visitation will be held Saturday, January 11, 2025, from 12 pm-2 pm, followed by a service at 2 pm in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Chapel, 2435 Warwick Ave., Warwick.
