Keana Goncalves Vieira of Pawtucket Dies at 28

Keana Goncalves Vieira, 28, of Pawtucket, RI, passed away at home surrounded by her family on January 13, 2026. Keana was born to Carlos Evora Vieira and Dolores Goncalves Vieira on November 1, 1997.

She is survived by her son, Amari Vieira Keita, whom she loved most in this world, her father, Carlos Vieira, and his wife, Helena Barros Vieira, her sisters, Diva Miranda, Indira Vieira, Mekayla Vieira, and her brother, Calbert Vieira. She leaves behind her niece, Esme Vieira and nephews, Tevin Vieira, Gabriel Miranda, and Calbert Vieira II. As well as many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. She is preceded in death by her mother, Dolores Goncalves Vieira.

Keana was a loving mother, sister, daughter, cousin, and friend. She had a love for cooking, nature, and travel. She was a devout Christian whose faith never wavered. Keana was a bright soul who left this world too soon.

Visitation will be held on Friday, January 16th, 2026, from 4:00pm-7:00pm at The Ambassadors Church of the Nazarene, 194 Barton St., Pawtucket, RI. Her funeral will be held on Saturday, January 17th, 2026, starting at the church with a final viewing from 9:00 am-10:00 am, followed by a service starting at 10:00 am. Burial will follow at Mt. St. Mary Cemetery, 661 Prospect St., Pawtucket, RI.
