Marine Veteran, Ernest William Cartwright, Dies at 66
He was a 1973 graduate of Hope High School.
Born in Providence, he was the son of James Edward Cartwright, Sr. and Florence "Holloway" Cartwright.

He is survived by his brother Raymond A. Cartwright (Karen) and sister Marilyn Lapsey (Stedmon). He was the brother of the late James Edward Cartwright Jr. and Carolyn A. Cartwright. He also leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews.
The visitation will take place on Saturday, November 13, 2021 at 10 a.m. at Truth Tabernacle Church, 542 Potters Avenue, Providence, service at 11:00 am, followed by a graveside service with military honors at North Burial Ground, Providence.
