Michael W. Lema of Cranston Dies at 62

Michael W. Lema, 62, of Cranston, passed away on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at Beth Israel Lahey Health, Burlington, MA. He was the beloved husband of Elizabeth (O’Shea) Lema. Born in France, he was the son of Warren J. Lema and the late Nicole (Geoffrois) Lema.

 

Michael worked as a project manager for SITECON Corporation. He was an avid outdoorsman and snorkeler. He loved traveling with his wife Liz and coaching his children at all of their sporting events.

Besides his wife Liz, Michael is survived by his loving children, Matthew Lema and his fiancée Lauren of Sacramento, CA, Kevin Lema of Cranston, and Caroline Lema of Providence. He was the dear brother of Larry Lema and his wife Christine of North Kingstown, and his late twin brother Gary Lema. Michael was also the devoted son-in-law of Mary Beth and Donald O’Shea, as well as a cherished brother-in-law to Donny and Terri O’Shea and an adored uncle to his niece and nephews. 

 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Mass of Christian Burial on Wednesday, September 6th at 10:00 am in St. Mark Church, Garden City, Cranston. Burial is private. VISITING HOURS will be held in the NARDOLILLO FUNERAL HOME & Crematory, 1278 Park Avenue, Cranston on Tuesday, September 5th from 4:00 – 8:00 pm.
