Obituary: Mark R. DeCosta, Passes at Age 57

Mark was a real estate agent for RE/Max Reality for twenty years retiring due to illness. He was a US Army veteran serving in active duty for four years and the reserves for several years. He was an active member of Club Joques, Coventry, RI, President of CMN Block Party, which raised over seventy-five thousand dollars for Hasbro Children’s Hospital, Providence, RI
Besides his wife he is survived by three children; Rachel Marie DeCosta, Melissa-Marie Marks and Mark R. DeCosta, Jr., a brother; Matthew DeCosta, two sisters; Sylvia DeCosta, Melissa Drezek, four grandchildren; Ariana Marks-Marine, Eleanora Marks-Marine, Mark James Russel DeCosta and Maximus Allen DeCosta and several nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by a sister; Lyn-Marie DeCosta.

Calling hours will be held on Sunday, December 16, 2018 from 4:00 to 8:00 pm. Burial with US Military Honors will be held in RI Veterans Cemetery, Exeter, RI.
