Private Nurse to Senator T.F. Green Angela G. Squillante Dies at 88

Angela G. Squillante RN, 88, died Wednesday, May 25, 2022. She was the wife of the late Pasquale P. Squillante. Born in Providence, she was the late daughter of the late Rocco and Carmella (DiMichael) Simeone. Angela was a registered nurse and a graduate of St. Joseph Hospital School of Nursing.

She started her nursing career as a private nurse for Senator Theodore Green. She later owned and operated Warwick Rest Home and North Side Manor in Providence.

She was the mother of Pasquale P. Squillante, Jr. and the late Steven Squillante; sister of Nicholas Simeone and the late Louis Simeone, Madeline Simeone and Peter Simeone. She also leaves many nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Tuesday, May 31, 2022, from 9-10:30 am in the Thomas & Walter Quinn Funeral Home, 2435 Warwick Ave, Warwick followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 am in St. Kevin Church, Sandy Lane, Warwick.

Burial will be at St. Ann Cemetery in Cranston.
