Providence Schools Special Ed Teacher Kathleen M. (Easton) Mastrobuono, Dies at 69
Kathleen M. (Easton) Mastrobuono, 69, passed away Monday, March 18, 2024, at home surrounded by her loving family. She was the beloved wife of Frank J. Mastrobuono, Jr. for 40 years. Born in Providence, she was the daughter of the late John P. and Angelina (Melei) Easton. Kathleen was a special education teacher with the Providence School Department for 35 years until retiring.

She was an avid runner and ran in various races. Kathleen loved the beach and cooking for her family. Besides her husband, she is survived by her two loving children, Frank John Mastrobuono and Felicia L. Mastrobuono. She also leaves her brothers, John Easton and Robert Easton. She was the beloved aunt of Andrew, Nicole, and Francesca Grady, Kelly, Renee, Michael, John and Kim Easton. She is predeceased by her sister, Jean Easton.
A funeral will be held Monday, March 25, 2024, at 9 am from the Fagan-Quinn Funeral Home, 825 Boston Neck Road, North Kingstown, with a Mass of Christian Burial in St. Bernard Church, 275 Tower Hill Road, North Kingstown, at 10 am. The interment will follow in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston. Visiting hours will be Sunday, March 24, 2024 from 2-5 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions to HopeHealth Hulitar Hospice Center, 1085 N Main St, Providence, RI 02904, will be appreciated.
