Retired Providence Police Officer, Albert L. Ferrazza, Passes at 91

Albert L. Ferrazza, 91, passed away June 1, 2021.

He was the beloved husband of the late Gloria (DiLorenzo) Ferrazza and son of the late Joseph and Letizia (Antelmi) Ferrazza.

Albert was a police officer for the City of Providence before retiring.

He was the loving father of Janice Iannetta, Kristine Harriman, Michael Ferrazza, Tina Rantala, Diane Ryder, David Ferrazza and the late Richard Ferrazza and grandfather of 8.

He was also the brother of Angelina Cannao, Anna Gannon, and the late Nicholas and Cosmo Ferrazza and Mary Sciotto.

 

 

His visitation and funeral will be held Friday at 9:30 a.m. in the Pontarelli-Marino Funeral Home, 971 Branch Avenue, Providence followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. in St. Ann Church, 280 Hawkins Street, Providence.

Burial to follow in St. Francis Cemetery.
