Thayer Eugene Perry, of Providence, Passes at 66

Thayer E. Perry, 66, of Providence, formerly of South Kingstown, passed away Friday, July 30, 2021.

He was the husband of Stacey L. (Silva) Perry.

Born in South Kingstown, he was a son of the late Othonial Wilcox Perry and Mildred Elnora (Robinson) Perry.

Thayer worked as a landscaper for The University of Rhode Island for several years and was an elder for the Narragansett Indian Tribe.

He enjoyed working on cars, music, spending time with family, and always got you to laugh.

Besides his wife he leaves his children, Akina Cherry, Sharmaine Everett, and Thayer Everett; siblings, Drusilla Anderson, Othonial Wilcox Perry, Sharon Perry, Debra Perry, Tina Perry, Lawrence Perry, Darin Perry, Chris-Ann Perry, Shawn Perry, and the late Dawn Perry; twelve grandchildren and many great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
