WWII Navy Veteran Peter P. Porrazzo, of Providence Dies at 103

Peter was born in Providence, Rhode Island on August 29, 1918, a son of the late Luigi Porrazzo and Eva M. (Petrone) Porrazzo.
He has lived in Providence, RI for his entire life, while enjoying the winters on Singer Island, Florida. He proudly served in the U.S. Navy during World War II.

Peter is survived by his granddaughters, Danielle and Rebecca Singer along with a great-grandson, Finn, along with many nieces and nephews. He was the husband of the late Beatrice (Rubenstein) Porrazzo for over 60 years, the father of the late Linda Singer, and brother of the late Joseph Porrazzo, Marianna (Porrazzo) Parrillo, Louise (Porrazzo) Gargaro, and Flava Porrazzo.
Visiting hours will be Monday, March 14th from 9-11 am followed by a service at 11 am in the A.A. MARIANI & SON Funeral Home, 200 Hawkins St., Providence.
Burial will follow in Swan Point Cemetery, Providence.
