He was very proud of his service in WWII in General Patton’s 3rd Army 248 Engineer Combat Battalion. He fought in Normandy, Northern France, Battle of the Bulge, Rhineland, and Central Europe. He loved the Yankees and Patriots and watched them faithfully. He loved to bowl, golf, and take trips with his senior group. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and was President of The Natick Senior Citizens Corp. His biggest passion was bringing his family together and creating everlasting memories they will cherish for generations. His smile was infectious and his love all-encompassing. He is a beautiful, gentle soul giving all of himself to everyone.
