1.  What do you think is the biggest political issue this campaign season in Rhode Island?

We need to find a cure quickly for this virus so we can get the economy back on track. Put People back to work  Kids back to school. This shut down has impacted everyone in all different ways. The loss of jobs, feeding the families, paying the rent has put families is such Despair. Congress needs to act on these issues faster and smarter. People need help now not tomorrow or weeks from now.  It's not about them it's about the people.  We need  strong leadership, someone who can step up to to the plate and take on the issues that affect us here in Rhode Island

Remember it starts from the top and works it way down.

2.  What do we need to do to improve Rhode Island's economy?

We need programs that help the small businesses. The state can work with the banks for small loans and incentives, grants and ideas that will keep them in business. Bring manufacturing back to our state, green energy can benefit the small businesses and the economy as far as energy needs and help keep bills down so businesses can pay their employees more and helping them with some kind of health care - incentives to keep their employees working. We need the minimum wage to be more for the average person to survive. We need to invest in our in schools because education is the key to success. Our children are challenged more today we need to prepare the children and educate them in a positive way for them to succeed. And more mental health programs.

3.  What is the greatest challenge facing Rhode Island as a state?

Affordable Housing - rents people can afford so kids in lower-income can have a decent place to live.

Education - invest in our schools is an investment in our children and our future generations.

Jobs - bringing manufacturing back to the State of Rhode Island. Keeping jobs in Rhode Island.

4.  Why are you running for office? What makes you uniquely qualified?

I am running for the simple reason I  believe very strongly in our communities. I believe every voice matters and should be heard. I  want to work on issues for the small business, schools and I also want to work on the issues of the nursing homes, I  want to work on solutions that can improve the nursing homes in a positive way.  In the legislation, I want to set up a committee just to focus on these issues and make changes in a positive way. I considered myself a person that gets the job done.

5.  Who is your inspiration?

My inspiration is my mother whom I just lost in one of these nursing homes. So I have seen what goes on in these homes the good and the bad... My grandchildren whom bring so much joy to me I have always preached to them  how important it is to stay in school and get a good education.   And the people of Rhode Island whom I have made so many friends with.
