For many years, my wife and I would send out a Little Christmas card with a special message. That message never gets old. Indeed, it’s a wonderful reminder that the work of Christmas continues throughout the year.

Many neighbors and friends would tell us that they would post the card on their refrigerator or family bulletin board as an inspirational reminder. I sincerely hope that you enjoy the message throughout the new year.

WHEN THE SONG OF THE ANGELS IS STILLED (by Howard Thurman)

When the song of the angels is stilled,

When the star in the sky is gone,

When the kings and princes are home,

When the shepherds are back with their flocks,

The work of Christmas begins:

To find the lost,

To heal the broken,

To feed the hungry,

To release the prisoner,

To rebuild the nations,

To bring peace among people,

To make music in the heart.
