Providence Mayor David Cicilline has broken a new video in his effort to win the 1st Congressional seat now being held by Patrick Kennedy. Cicilline's new spot claims he is effective at job creation.
During the next few weeks until the primary on September 14th and during the months until the general election in November you will get a chance to see the spots on GoLocalProv.com as they get released.
