Voters are telling GoLocalProv media partner 630 WPRO that ballot machines at polling places in nine cities and towns are not working. Voters are being told to leave their ballots, with the assurance that they will be “counted later.”

ABC news political analyst Sam Donaldson, who was a guest on the John DePetro show, jokingly compared the situation to Florida in 2000.
