Mayor Diossa Names Giraldo Chief of Staff

Our city is in a fragile recovery and on the comeback trail, and I am excited to do my part to put Central Falls on the map as one of the nation's few success stories coming out of bankruptcy. People are moving back to Central Falls because the Mayor has a vision for education, the economy and a fun quality of life and I look forward to finding new and innovative ways to increase this momentum," said Giraldo

Giraldo served as campaign manager for both Diossa's 2012 mayoral campaign as well as his 2009 city council campaign.
Giraldo has served on the Board of Directors of the YMCA, the Central Falls Public Library, the Central Falls Lions Club and Young Voices.

"He wakes up everyday thinking about how to improve the quality of life in Central Falls and has the passion and the experience to help lead our comeback efforts. New Director of Parks and Recreation
Mayor Diossa has also named Rob Sayre-McCord as the acting Director of Parks and Recreation.
Sayre-McCord earned his Master of Science in Parks, Recreation and Tourism Management from North Carolina State University in 2014.
