NEW: Senator Whitehouse Releases New Video

U.S. Senator Sheldon Whitehouse (D-RI) who is facing a spirited challenge from Republican Barry Hinckley has launched a new video to promote the Senator's effectiveness in solving problems for Rhode Islanders.

The Whitehouse campaign says about the ad, "The ad we're releasing today tells the story of a few individuals who have overcome so much to keep jobs in our state, hold on to their homes, deal with difficult health issues and to earn the Medicare and Social Security they depend on today. They represent the struggles and concerns of so many Rhode Islanders."
